Graph paper, planners, labels and certificates, ready to print

A printed sheet still beats a screen for a lot of jobs: a maths exercise, a week of chores stuck to the fridge, a label on a jar, a certificate at prize-giving. These free printables generate that sheet for you. Choose a graph paper generator with the grid size you need, lined paper for essays or letters, a handwriting practice sheet with dotted letters for a child to trace, blank sheet music for a lesson, a Cornell notes template for revision, or a printable ruler when the real one has gone missing.

Every template is drawn in your browser from the options you pick: paper size, orientation, line spacing, colours, headings and the names or dates you type. A live preview shows the page before you download it as a PDF or send it straight to the printer. Nothing you enter is uploaded, there is no account to make and no watermark on the page, so a class list or a family’s names stay on your own computer.

Teachers preparing worksheets, parents organising a household, students planning a term, small shops labelling parcels and anyone hosting a party or a fundraiser use these pages. Most sheets print on A4 or US Letter, several fit standard label sheets, and the planners and trackers can be set up for any week, month or habit you are working on.

Which printable do you need?

Tips for a clean print

  • Set the paper size in the tool to match your printer: A4 in most of the world, Letter in the US and Canada. A sheet designed for one size shifts its margins on the other.
  • In the print dialog choose 100% or “Actual size”, not “Fit to page”. This matters most for the printable ruler, graph paper and label sheets, where a few percent of scaling throws off every measurement.
  • Print a label layout on plain paper first and hold it against the label sheet to check alignment before you use the real sheet.
  • Certificates, place cards and tickets look better on heavier paper (160–250 gsm card). Check that your printer can take it, usually through the manual feed tray.
  • Choose a lighter grid or line colour for paper you will write on; dark lines compete with pencil and show through on photocopies.

Printables & Templates: frequently asked questions

Are the printables really free?

Yes. Every template is generated on your own device, there is no sign-up, no credit system and no watermark. Print as many copies as you need.

Can I change the grid size, line spacing or colours?

Yes. Each generator has controls for the measurements that matter for that sheet: squares per inch or millimetres for graph paper, line height for lined paper, letter size for handwriting sheets, and colours throughout. The preview updates as you change them.

Do the labels fit standard label sheets?

The address label and name tag makers include layouts for the most common sheet formats (such as 30-per-page and 10-per-page address labels), plus a custom layout where you enter the label width, height, margins and gaps printed on your sheet’s packaging.

Can I make bingo cards that are all different?

Yes. Tell the bingo card generator how many cards you want and it shuffles the numbers or words for each one, so no two players share a card. A call sheet is included for whoever is running the game.

Can I save a planner and edit it later?

The tools remember your last settings in this browser, and you can download the PDF to keep. For a planner with your own fixed text, type it in before downloading; the page can be reopened and changed as often as you like.
