Know your margin, your freight bill and your stock level before the order ships
Online sellers lose money in the small lines: a courier billing volumetric weight, a marketplace fee on the shipping charge, returns that come back unsold. These free tools work those lines out first. The marketplace seller profit calculator handles Indian fees, GST on fees, TCS and TDS, the marketplace fee calculator covers global selling, and the dropshipping profit calculator adds return-to-origin losses and break-even CPA. Advertising maths is in the ROAS calculator, ACoS and TACoS calculator, CPM, CPC and CPA calculator, conversion rate and AOV calculator and customer lifetime value and CAC calculator.
For parcels and freight, the volumetric weight calculator gives the chargeable weight for courier, air and sea, the shipping cost calculator compares your own rate cards, and the fulfilment fee calculator estimates warehouse fees by size tier. Importers can use the landed cost and import duty calculator for India, the UK and the US, the HS code finder with all 5,612 six-digit codes, and the trade terms chart that shows who pays at each step.
Stock and space are covered by the reorder point and safety stock calculator, the EOQ calculator, the SKU generator, the pallet calculator, the container loading calculator and the truck load calculator, each with a to-scale drawing.
Trucking and freight
- Costs. The road freight cost calculator, truck cost per mile calculator, fuel surcharge calculator and demurrage and detention calculator turn rates and days into a bill.
- Rules. The freight class calculator uses the 2025 NMFC density scale, the axle weight calculator checks US bridge-formula and Indian MoRTH limits, and the hours-of-service calculator plans a driver's day under the US federal rules.
Shipping documents and Indian compliance
- Templates. The delivery challan generator follows CGST Rule 55, the lorry receipt generator produces a consignment note, and the bill of lading template covers truck and ocean shipments. They are templates for your own business, not government forms.
- E-way bills. The e-way bill validity calculator applies the distance slabs and the midnight expiry rule of Rule 138(10).
- Related tools. The shipping label cropper, GST calculator and invoice generator are elsewhere on the site.
E-commerce & Shipping: frequently asked questions
Are these e-commerce tools free?
Yes. They are free, need no account and run in your browser, so your prices, margins and rate cards stay on your device.
Do you use real marketplace or courier fees?
Fee and rate presets are labelled examples. Marketplaces and couriers change their fees often, so enter the current figures from your seller dashboard or rate card, and date the table you copy.
What is volumetric weight?
It is length × width × height divided by the carrier divisor, such as 5,000 cm³ per kg for many express couriers. Carriers bill the higher of the actual and the volumetric weight, which is called the chargeable weight.
Is the landed cost calculator a customs ruling?
No. It applies the published formulas for duty and import tax using the rates you enter. Customs decides the classification and the value, so check the official tariff before you declare.
Can I use the document templates as official forms?
They follow the published rules for the fields a document must carry, but they are templates for your own business. Check your local legal and tax requirements before you use them.
