Work out your marks, percentile and rank from the official rules
Results season is full of guesswork. These free exam tools replace it with the official marking schemes and published data, and they say clearly when a figure is only an estimate. The negative marking calculator scores JEE Main, NEET, CUET, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, CAT and GATE patterns, and the response sheet marks calculator reads your own response sheet and answer key in the browser and totals your marks question by question. The OMR sheet generator prints practice answer sheets and scores an on-screen practice test.
For percentiles and ranks there is the percentile to rank calculator using NTA's own formula, the JEE Main marks vs percentile and NEET marks vs rank estimators built only on NTA's published figures, the CUET score calculator, the CAT percentile predictor, the MHT CET percentile predictor, the KCET rank calculator, the TNEA cut-off calculator and the GATE score calculator, which reproduces the official scores from the 2026 report. The normalization calculator applies the SSC, RRB and NTA methods.
When counselling starts, the JEE college predictor and NEET college predictor compare your rank with official previous-year closing ranks from JoSAA and MCC. For applications, the photo with name and date maker sizes photos to the TNPSC, UPSC and NTA rules, and the 7th Pay Commission salary calculator shows what a government post pays. The syllabus tracker keeps your preparation on course.
How these estimates are made
- Official sources only. Marking schemes come from the current information bulletins and notices, which each page names and dates. Data tables come from officially published results.
- Estimates are labelled. No exam body publishes a full marks-to-rank table, so predictions are clearly marked "Estimate, not an official result" and use only the data that is published. Where none exists, the tool works from figures you enter.
- Not a guarantee. College predictors show last year's closing ranks. Cut-offs change every year with seats, candidates and difficulty.

- Marks and grades. The marks percentage calculator, CGPA to percentage converter and GPA calculator are in the education sector.
- Photos and forms. The image resizer can hit an exact file size in KB, and the passport photo maker crops to official sizes.
Exams & Admissions: frequently asked questions
Are these exam calculators free?
Yes. They are free, need no sign-up and run in your browser. Your response sheet, marks and photos never leave your device.
Is the predicted rank my real rank?
No. Only the exam body can publish your rank. These tools apply the official formulas to published figures and show an estimate with its source, so use it to plan, not to decide.
Which exams are covered?
JEE Main, JEE Advanced college data, NEET UG, CUET UG, CAT, GATE, MHT CET, KCET, TNEA, UPSC Civil Services prelims, SSC CGL and CHSL, IBPS PO and RRB, plus custom marking schemes.
How is negative marking calculated?
Each correct answer earns the marks set by the exam and each wrong answer loses the stated deduction, such as +4 and −1 in JEE Main and NEET. Unattempted questions score zero. The calculator applies each exam’s own rules, including section limits and dropped questions.
Where do the college closing ranks come from?
From the official JoSAA opening and closing rank tables and the MCC allotment results for the latest year, as published on their websites.
