Extract pages from a PDF into a new file
Sometimes you only need part of a PDF: the two pages of a contract that need a signature, one chapter of a course book, the bank statement page that shows your salary credit. The Extract PDF Pages tool copies just the pages you choose into a new PDF and leaves the original untouched.
Select pages by tapping their previews or by typing ranges such as 1-3, 7, 10-. You decide the order — type 5, 1-3 and page 5 comes first — or tick “Keep original page order”. Prefer separate files? Tick “Save each page as a separate PDF” to get a ZIP with one PDF per page.
Everything happens locally in your browser, so the document is never uploaded to a server.
How to extract pages from a PDF
- Drop your PDF onto the upload area or click to choose it. Previews of every page appear.
- Tap the pages you want. A numbered badge shows where each page will appear in the new file.
- Or type the pages in “Pages to extract”, for example
2, 4-6. Use “Select all” or “Clear” to start from everything or nothing. - Tick “Keep original page order” if you do not want your chosen order, and “Save each page as a separate PDF (ZIP)” if you want individual files.
- Press “Extract”, then download the new PDF or ZIP.

Common uses
Students extract the assigned chapter from a large PDF textbook to read on a phone. Job seekers pull a single certificate or mark sheet out of a combined scan to upload it on its own. Accountants send clients only the relevant pages of a long statement. If you need a page as an image instead of a PDF — for a presentation or a social post — use PDF to JPG. To combine extracted pages from several files, run each through this tool and then use Merge PDF.
