An AI reply generator that answers what was asked
The hardest part of replying is not the wording — it is remembering to answer every question. This AI reply generator reads the message you received (an email, a WhatsApp or SMS message, a Google or marketplace review, a LinkedIn message, a customer complaint or a social comment), lists the questions in it, and writes one reply for each intent you choose: accept, decline politely, ask for details, apologise and fix, thank, negotiate or set a boundary.
Every reply is checked by plain code. Each question gets a status — answered, waiting for you to fill in a [placeholder], deferred until you have details, or not answered at all — and numbers that appear in a reply but not in the message or your facts are flagged. Replies to public reviews get extra checks based on Google’s own guidance: no personal details of the reviewer, no incentives, nothing promotional, nothing defensive.
Replies are written on your device by your browser’s built-in AI or IBM’s open Granite 4.0 Nano model (Apache-2.0), which downloads only after you agree. Without either, a seeded template bank written for this page builds the replies from the message and the facts you give.
How to generate a reply
- Paste the Message you received. The questions it asks appear underneath straight away.
- Choose What is it? — for a review, also the star rating — and tick the Replies to write.
- Type What you can say: delivery dates, what you will refund, what you can and cannot do. These are the only new facts the replies may use.
- Pick the tone and length and press Write replies with AI, or Template replies for an instant, AI-free version.
- Read the notes under each reply, fill in any [placeholder], press ↻ for another version, then copy or export the one you like.
AI Reply Generator features
Question detection
Questions are found from question marks, question words (including Hinglish ones such as kab, kitna, kaise) and requests such as “please confirm” or “can you send”.
Answer check per reply
For each question the reply’s best-matching sentence must carry the right kind of answer — a date for “when”, an amount for “how much”, a yes or no for “can I”.
Seven intents
Accept, decline politely, ask for details, apologise and fix, thank, negotiate and set a boundary — one reply each, in the order you choose.
Review-reply rules
Personal data from the review, booking or order numbers, offers tied to a review, requests to change a review, promotional lines and defensive phrases are flagged.
Facts stay yours
Templates reuse only your sentences; numbers the AI adds are checked against them.
Worked example: a late delivery complaint
The sample message from Meera asks two things: “When will it be delivered?” and “Can I get a refund if it doesn’t come by Friday?”. With the facts “The courier was delayed by floods; your parcel is now due on 14 October” and “If it hasn’t arrived by 16 October, we will refund you in full”, the template reply that apologises and fixes reads, after “Hi Meera,” and an apology:
“As for when it will be delivered, the courier was delayed by floods; your parcel is now due on 14 October. As for whether you can get a refund if it doesn’t come by Friday, if it hasn’t arrived by 16 October, we will refund you in full.” It is marked Answers all 2 questions. The reply that asks for details instead is marked as asking before answering, and a reply that mentions a 20% discount nobody offered is flagged.
Replying to Google reviews: what Google asks
Google Business Profile Help (“Tips to reply to reviews”, checked 14 October 2026) asks owners to be professional and polite, keep replies short and helpful, be conversational rather than promotional, protect the reviewer’s privacy and avoid personal attacks, be honest about what they can and cannot control, apologise when appropriate and reply in good time. Google’s Maps user-contributed content policy (checked the same day) prohibits offering incentives — payment, discounts or free goods — for posting a review or for changing or removing one.
| The page flags | Why |
|---|---|
| The reviewer’s phone number, email, or an order or booking number | Public replies must not share personal data; suggest contact by email or phone instead |
| A discount, coupon or freebie next to the word review, rating or stars | Incentives for reviews break Google’s policy |
| “Update your review”, “remove your rating” | Pressure on the reviewer; leave the decision to them |
| “Use code…”, “shop now”, “% off” | Promotional rather than conversational |
| “That’s not true”, “fake review”, “calm down” | Defensive wording reads badly to everyone else who sees it |
Limits worth knowing
- Question detection is rule-based: a question hidden in a long sentence without a question mark or a question word can be missed, and the answer check looks for the right kind of answer, not whether it is true.
- Some marketplaces do not let sellers reply publicly under product reviews; check the seller rules before posting.
- To start a new email rather than reply, use the AI Email Generator; to catch up on a long thread first, the Email Summarizer; to soften or firm up a reply you wrote yourself, the Tone Changer.
AI Reply Generator FAQ
Is this AI reply generator free and private?
Yes, with no sign-up. The message you paste is read in your browser, and replies are written by your browser’s built-in AI, the open Granite model on your device, or templates — nothing is sent to this site.
How do I reply to a negative Google review?
Thank the reviewer, apologise where it is fair, say briefly what you are doing about it and invite them to contact you directly. Keep it short, never mention their personal details, and never offer anything in return for changing the review. Choose “Google review”, the star rating and “Apologise and fix”.
Why does a reply say “Doesn’t answer”?
The message asked a question and no sentence in that reply gives that kind of answer — for example a “when” question with no date. Add the fact under What you can say, or edit the reply.
What does “Fill in the answer” mean?
The template didn’t have a fact to answer that question, so it left a [placeholder]. Replace it before you send — or add the fact and write the replies again.
Can it write a polite no for WhatsApp?
Yes. Choose WhatsApp or SMS and tick “Decline politely”. Chat replies are one short paragraph without a formal sign-off, and yes-or-no questions get a short [the reason] placeholder for your own reason.
